Mouse

The mouse was commissioned specifically to sit on top of a grandfather clock. 

 

The body is made from black walnut with a pale maple tummy.  The ears are from wool felt and the tail is from braided hemp. These elements are embedded into the body via brass eyelets. 

 

The final touch is the black glass bead eyes, providing the furtive glint.
